1. Information we collect

We may process account and profile information, prompts, uploaded files, generated projects, service activity, device and security logs, support communications and transaction metadata. PayPal processes payment credentials; FuxionVideo does not store complete card or bank details.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate and improve video generation, store projects, process billing, prevent abuse, provide support, send service messages and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell User Content. We do not use private uploads or generated output to train general-purpose models or in advertising unless you give separate, affirmative permission.

3. Service providers and international processing

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payment, artificial intelligence, voice, media and monitoring providers, including Microsoft Azure, Google, PayPal, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Runway and media catalog providers. Their own privacy terms also apply.

4. Cookies and authentication

We use essential authentication and security cookies. Google sign-in and reCAPTCHA may set or read information under Google's policies.

5. Retention and security

We retain information while needed to provide the service, complete transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may stop using Google sign-in and revoke its access from your Google account. If you opted in to promotional use of selected output, you may withdraw that consent for future uses at any time.

7. Children

FuxionVideo is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to these terms without authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
