When you upload images, video, audio, documents, brands or other files, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have sufficient authorization or a valid license to use them in the requested video.

Generated and third-party material

You must review the license and permitted use of stock, generated and third-party material before publishing. Artificial intelligence generation does not guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party claims.

Ownership and reports

FuxionVideo does not acquire ownership of your original files. Subject to applicable law and provider terms, as between you and us, you retain any rights available in your generated output. AlienCat Software may use selected output for advertising or promotion only when you give separate affirmative permission, as described in the Terms of Use.
